Tracy offers 3 Hatha Yoga classes every week. Gentle progressions, grounding practices, breath practices, relaxation and creative movement β all tailored to your needs.
Join our classes to reconnect with your body and mind in a supportive space and meet a lovely community. All welcome.
Evening classes on Tuesday and Wednesday and lunchtime class on Tuesday. All 75 mins.

Immersions and Workshops
In-depth wellbeing experiences, suitable for everyone.
Tracy offers seasonal workshops and immersions for all. Step away from the everyday and immerse yourself. Deepen your existing practice, learn new wellbeing techniques, restore your energy, relax, meditate and breathe well.
Sessions run throughout the seasons, and are immensely popular.
Book in advance β spaces sell out fast. Most workshops are held in person, in Horsham, with some also available online.
Chair Yoga and Seated Qigong
accessible for everyone, meet up twice per week
Chair yoga and seated Qigong are wonderful and suitable for anyone with more limited mobility. We move, strengthen and stretch while expanding breath capacity and calming our mind.
Join Tracy from wherever you are. Wear your comfiest clothes and be encouraged by our supportive community. These classes are all held online, via Zoom.
Chair yoga on Tuesday mornings and Seated Qigong on Thursday afternoons. Each 45 mins.
