I highly recommend Tracy's BWY course. I loved learning more about the philosophy of yoga and establishing a confident home practice. I also made some fantastic friends. Since the course ended, I've continued reading and exploring certain aspects that we covered, further deepening my knowledge. It's given me a feeling of emotional depth when I practice yoga which I didn't experience before, a more well-rounded understanding of the benefits of practice, and also a feeling that I am on an important life journey with yoga which is both exciting and calming! Tracy, as you all know, is an excellent teacher, so knowledgeable and caring. I greatly valued her patience and guidance throughout the course and beyond.”

Theresa. 2020 Graduate.

“I loved the interweaving of the philosophical and physical during this course. We always had Zoom [recordings] loaded in Tracy's Google drive, to refer to after the weekly tutorials. Yoga has been in my life for many years. This course added richness that was a delight and I looked forward to each week. In between classes, communication with the participants deepened and I feel I have friends for life! Tracy put such care and attention into this Foundation Course, I cannot think of anything that would have made it more effective"

“What I liked most about the course was the reinforcement of the richness of yoga - why I have enjoyed it all my life. I now have insight into the Sanskrit, the detail of the asanas, various mudra and mantras and even the different yoga paths and traditions. I so enjoyed working with a partner to present short sequences, or warming up asanas. In this way the information was internalised so that I could practice presenting to others - I admire yoga teachers!  As our teacher, Tracy spoke with such care. She managed the breathing awareness and slowly 'unfolded' the teaching of the asanas and associated flow sequences."

"Tracy used a many-faceted approach to teaching this course which made it rich and interesting on a philosophical level and on a physical (asana practice) level.  Due to Covid restrictions, we were mostly reliant on her superb zoom calls, email, and text support.   Tracy reads widely and attends interesting courses to update and deepen her personal knowledge so that being in her classes is really interesting.  Varied references to further reading and videos were offered after every presentation and during the tuition."
